The Story

Welcome to the official site of the Final 48 Project.

My name is Ronnika (R.J.) Williams and I am the Content Creator behind this amazing project!  This ministry/project was birthed in 2013, and at the time I had no idea that it would land me here.  The Final 48 Project is a platform that focuses on the multifaceted avenues of grief. The platform will be presented in many phases so it will definitely be a lot to learn, laugh, cry, and reflect on along the way.  I have partnered with some amazing people to bring you their stories, and open the lines of communication to discuss grief in the black community.

During the relaunch of the photography campaign you will meet some amazing individuals that will share their memories on the site and across all social media (@Final48Project).

This is an environment of comfort, peace, and love and I can’t wait to share these stories with you.  This is a labor of love not only for the people in my community.  This is to provide healing for the world through the lens of some of the strongest individuals that I will ever encounter. You!
